Irina Staicu is an invasive cardiologist, focusing on women’s health and gender specific issues in Heart disease. She has extensive expertise in adult cardiology, vascular and vein disease, pacemaker implants, nuclear imaging cardiology.

Dr Staicu finished her medical school in Romania, then moved to Toronto, Canada, working in neuroscience research at Toronto General Hospital. She completed the Internal Medicine Training in Cleveland, Ohio, and continued with a full invasive cardiology fellowship in Chicago, Lutheran Advocate Hospital.

She is fully certified in general cardiology, with extra training in pacemaker implant, echocardiography, nuclear medicine and vascular disease. She created and developed two vascular and vein clinics, as an addition to the cardiology practice
